My progress so far on the Cut Above Carb Cycling Nutrition Plan

I have trained for years and stubbornly refused to diet justifying it to myself in that I work hard enough at the gym and have an incredibly busy lifestyle being a father of 2 and full time teacher.

Establishing Cut Above Clothing gave me the extra motivation I needed to give it a go and I wish I'd done it sooner. The before and after are over the last 3 weeks and I've started to see the results beginning to kick in.

The Nutrition Plan is simple and easy to implement with anyone who has a very busy lifestyle only needing to make little changes to see the results that if you are like me you couldn't achieve any other way.
